We trust our community. If there is a quality issue, you don’t need to deal with complicated paperwork. Simply log into your account, go to your order history, and upload a clear photo of the product in question. Our system will review your claim promptly to ensure a fast and fair resolution.
3. Flexible Compensation Options
Once a quality issue is verified, we offer three convenient ways to resolve it:
Instant Replacement: We will ship out a replacement product to you immediately at no extra cost.
Store Credit: Receive the full value of the item as Klar shopping credits in your member account for your next refill.
Direct Refund: We can process a full refund back to your original payment method . Please note that bank processing times may vary.
4. Returns & Sustainability
To minimize our collective carbon footprint, we generally do not require you to ship damaged or defective items back to us. We believe in reducing unnecessary transportation emissions. Instead, we encourage you to dispose of any defective tablets or packaging according to your local recycling guidelines.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance. We are committed to fair and ethical trade practices in every transaction.
